A Second World War Spitfire with the message ‘THANK U NHS ‘ written on its under-side, is set to fly by the Hospital in Bangor, Ysbyty Gwynedd, this Friday 18 September.
This will be one of its stops on its tour around the UK. It’s taking flight to raise funds for NHS Charities Together, along with that all-important ‘thank you’ message for the NHS workers.
If you wish to see this fabulous piece of aviation it is set to arrive at 2:35pm, although plans are subject change due to weather and airspace.
